Operations Leader
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Operations Leader is accountable for providing leadership for the Brookville roofing production line and the associated processes in the Brookville Roofing. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, a passion for safety while driving a zero-accident culture, zero customer complaints, employee engagement, impeccable housekeeping and drive the change needed to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
The Operations Leader will have the responsibility to:
Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety
Responsibilities:
o Champion an injury-free work environment through strict adherence of the OC safety policies and procedures
o Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety and housekeeping
o Upholds sustainability and environmental compliance/stewardship
Metrics:
o RIR
o First Aids
o Corrective Actions
o Behavior-Based Safety Program
o SIF
o Environmental Deviations
Competitively Drive Results:
o Accountable for employee safety, cost reduction programs, productivity, product quality, employee growth, and development and sustainability.
o Ensure effective deployment &a; compliance of employee/labor relations practices
o Establish a World-Class Housekeeping and 5S Environment for the site
o TPM Deployment, Lead AM Pillar, Partner with Brookville peers and division leadership on the site TPM journey
o Respond to unplanned downtime events with a sense of urgency with attention to safety and detail
o Identify and eliminate waste to improve productivity and cash flow through continuous improvement efforts and lean methodologies

Lead and Develop Talent:

o Create and sustain a culture where talent is developed through effective performance management, talent evaluation, and utilization of people

JOB REQUIREMENTS
o A minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience
o Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is preferred, Advanced degree preferred.
Knowledge and Abilities:
o Able to engage and care for others starting with Safety
o Proven leadership skills and experience in facilitation, problem-solving, diversity, safety, and lean concepts
o TPM and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
o Change leadership &a; building strong teams
o Strong process, Engineering, and technical abilities
o Experience in dealing with employees relations issues
o Business and financial acumen
o Demonstrated ability to think strategically and turn strategy into action
o Able to achieve results fast both individually and through others
